Studio Policies ⏰ Tardiness I offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive later than that, your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Please understand that appointments are not guaranteed past the grace period, as it impacts clients after you. 🚫 No-Shows This is not a hobby — it’s my job and my livelihood. When someone no-shows, it’s not just a missed appointment, it’s lost time I could have given to another client. If you no-show, you’ll be required to pay 50% of the service before booking or being seen again. Repeat offenders may be blocked from scheduling. ❌ Cancellations I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This gives me the opportunity to fill your spot and keep things running smoothly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a fee.
